CHEESECAKE
RECIPE MAKES 2
1 pound softened cream cheese 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 pint sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 graham cracker crusts, unbaked
1. Add the sugar and eggs to the softened cream cheese and beat well.
2. Pour the mixture into the two crusts, dividing it evenly between them.
3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven.
4. Beat the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla at high speed for 10 minutes. Pour and spread on the pies.
5. Bake for 10 more minutes at 450 degrees.
