8 ounces butter
2 cups flour
2 cups cottage cheese
1/3 cup raisins
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
Mix butter, collage cheese and flour to make a dough. Roll dough into a 1/4" thick circle and cut it into triangles. Sprinkle one side of each triangle with the raisins and about 1/2 of the cinnamon and sugar. Roll that end toward the pointed end of the triangle to make crescents. Sprinkle each crescent with sugar and cinnamon, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes at 375 degrees and then cool. |
